Five complementary sets of CCFL services are offered within the CCFL process:

Each set of services can be used independently. However, they become synergistic when used sequentially in a quality improvement cycle. We are committed to a collaborative approach to this work. Therefore, we involve client staff members in every aspect of every project.

Post-Intervention Evaluation

Post-intervention evaluation explores the impact of the implemented interventions. It documents the degree to which objectives have been met, using metrics established in the assessment.

The objectives may be learning objectives from a single workshop or changes in leadership performance, customer satisfaction, and employee turnover from a organizational cultural proficiency assessment. The results are the foundation for future action.
